enRiskS staff have been involved in providing expert evidence/witness for a range of legal cases. Expert evidence provided has drawn on our expertise in the assessment of risks to human health and the environments, with evidence provided to Inquiry and Advisory Committee (IAC) hearings, civil and administrative tribunals, Planning and Environment Courts and Land and Environment Courts. Works have involved coordination of expert evidence with legal teams, as well as attendance at joint expert meetings/conferences, preparation of joint expert reports and testimony.
